| HOW TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT
VIA M-PESA |

Find an M-PESA agent nearest you.

Via the M-PESA agent, send a cash amount that is equivalent to the amount of your invoice from swiftweb, plus the M-PESA transfer fee of Ksh30/= For example, if your invoice is in the amount of Ksh 1,170/= you would send Ksh1,200/= (Ksh1,170/= as per invoice, plus Ksh30/= M-PESA transfer fee.) |

When sending, go to your M-PESA phone menu on your handset, select “Send Money”. Then enter the Swiftweb account number – 0722899717, followed by the invoiced amount and then your M-PESA PIN number. NOTE – You will need to have been pre-registered to carry out the transaction. If your phone does not presently carry the M-PESA menu, your agent can provide you with a new sim card (FREE) which will enable you to access the M-PESA menu.

Confirm the amount is being sent to 0722899717 as displayed
on the phone you are sending from and select SEND. You will receive sms from
M-PESA confirming the transfer was successfully sent to Swiftweb Technologies. |

To expedite the accurate crediting and processing of
your web services account at Swiftweb, immediately after
successfully making the M-PESA payment and receiving a
transfer confirmation, send an SMS to Swiftweb at 0722899717 with the following details:
- Verification/Transfer Code generated from M-PESA: e.g.
DQ826
- Amount Sent: e.g. 1,170/=
- Your Domain Name: e.g. mycompany.com
- The Safaricom number payment was sent from: e.g. 0721583124 |
| NOTE:
Account activations may take up to 48 hrs after payment receipt
at Swiftweb. Details on how to begin utilizing your
new account will be emailed to the address you provided
as your current email address. Please contact our support
